Check-In / Check-Out

Flexible arrival is possible. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please inform us by phone if you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM.

Pets

The price for your four-legged friend is €15 per day (food not included).
Please note that dogs are not allowed in all public areas (bar, restaurant, wellness area, dining room, etc.). Any damages or extraordinary soiling caused by pets will be charged additionally.

Parking

Parking at our hotel is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Summer Season:

• No cancellation fees if canceled up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• If canceled up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
• For cancellations later than this, 80% of the total price will be charged.
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

Winter Season:

• No cancellation fees if canceled up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• If canceled up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.

• For legal reasons, please note that we reserve the right to cancel bookings due to insufficient snow conditions up to 3 days before arrival.
• Please also note that operation of all 33 lifts cannot be guaranteed, as some may remain closed due to maintenance.

Late Arrival or Early Departure

The room price for the booked days will be charged. Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
